In that site I'm seeing a big button that says «Documentation» where I found a big link that says: «Installing Intel® Performance Libraries and Intel® Distribution for Python* via popular Linux* package managers»
maybe that's what you're looking for 🤷🏻♂️

for windows page, I see a link that saied «Documentation» 🤷🏻♂️ and a section that saied «Installation Notes» maybe those are helpful
