— Global scope?

—

This (in the absence of new, bind, call or apply magic) refers to the object in which the function was called.

If there is no object, then the default object is used. For web browsers, that object is window.

— Is it in spec?

— So yes global

— It's in mozilla docs

— Yes TIL

— Right, I just had a look

— It doesnt say "use only hypen case" or "use this case". camel works in chrome, and doesnt work in firefox

— You may add it to mdn docs, that only hyphen separated works in FF
