Maybe I have a weird opinion or beliefs, but I think a lot of web dev with JS is too convoluted these days... everything gets pushed through several layers of convolution (a framework, a transpiled language, etc...) to the point the actual code being pushed to users isn't actually looked at post-transpile
— Idk, I just feel like KISS still applies and you can still do more with less, even moreso with the recent new additions to the ES specs
— So perhaps I am not fit for modern web development at all
