If you manually add a commit, use the following process to make it look like it never happened.

1. Open the patch on GitHub by adding .patch to the end of the commit's URL

2. Type the following (supplying the name and date from the patch):
git commit --amend --author="Name <email>" --date="date"

— On newer CAF revisions, standalone compilation will NOT work without specifying an out folder. Change all calls to make to make O=out/ and missing headers should now resolve correctly
